Author Registration Rules

- Mixed categories: If the covered submissions fall in different categories, the higher category’s fee applies (Cross-AI 2027 Proceedings by IEEE, then EI-indexed Cross-AI 2026 Proceedings, then Non-Archival).
- More than two submissions: An author with more than two accepted submissions pays an additional fee for each submission beyond the two covered. The fee is shown in the registration system.
- Deadline: Author registration must be completed by the Early Registration deadline.
Media Hosting
Media hosting is available only for accepted submissions. Their presentation pre-recordings, demo videos, e-posters, audio, and other approved media will be hosted on the conference platform and made openly accessible for up to two years. Media hosting and open access are included in the Author registration fee.
Existing recordings of previously published work that are linked from the schedule remain on their original sites and are not hosted on the conference platform.
Please note: Availability is subject to the conference program and virtual schedule.
